Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of property management, and exceptional customer service abilities. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and maintaining the overall condition of the property.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Oversee lease agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and property-related documentation using data entry systems.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance services as needed.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on property performance metrics and present them to management as required.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong legal administrative skills with knowledge of property management and real estate law contracts.
- Excellent customer service skills, focusing on building positive relationships with tenants.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
- Experience in administrative tasks related to real estate management is a plus.

Hours:
- Expected 10-30 hours per week

Compensation:
- Monthly compensation is $1,500 Reimbursement for gas and printer ink
