Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our bank clients.
This is a 1099 contractor position, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and inquiries from bank clients, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information on banking products and services, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist customers with transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account adjustments, while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Stay updated on bank policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products and services to effectively assist clients.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by actively listening and empathizing with clients’ needs.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Compensation :
This is a contract position, offering competitive hourly rates based on experience and performance.
