High School Spring Assistant Track and Field Coach 2022-2023

The Equality Charter School located in the Bronx is seeking an energetic, motivated and inspiring track coach for our high school co-ed team during the 2019-2020 school year. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in coaching. Knowledge of surrounding area meets and events is a plus. Applicants with no coaching experience but a background participating on a college/university level team, please apply. The coach will work under the direct supervision of the Athletic Director. The coach will be responsible for training athletes, preparing them for competition and developing their skills at a competitive level. The coach will be required to enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsman-like behavior at all times. Interested applicants should apply for this position through our website only. The Spring season will begin in March. Practice days are flexible generally practice times are from 3:45pm (arrival) to 6:00pm. Pay is competitive.
