THE WORK

Collaborate with a remote-first crew of designers, developers, strategists, and PMs to craft elevated digital experiences.

Design bold, scalable web UI using Figma — from concept to responsive components.

Create and maintain reusable design systems that look sharp and feel seamless across devices.

Optimize design assets (icons, imagery, file structures) for performance and visual impact.

Make sure everything you ship aligns with brand identity and accessibility best practices.

Stay on top of digital trends — and bring fresh thinking into everything you create.
NEEDED EXPERTISE

2 years of UI/UX or digital product design experience — ideally in an agency, studio, or fast-moving creative environment.

A portfolio that shows off responsive web work, thoughtful UX, and pixel-perfect UI.

Deep Figma skills — components, auto layout, prototypes, the works.

A strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards, and building flexible design systems.

Sharp eye for layout, color, typography, and all the little visual details that make or break a design.

Confidence presenting work and collaborating across disciplines — you enjoy the feedback loop.

Bonus points if you’ve got motion/animation experience or ideas on how to bring static designs to life.
