Product Manager (Cloud SaaS, Tech-Driven Solutions, On-site)

THE WORK

• Worked closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver cloud-native solutions and drive platform modernization, ensuring seamless user experiences and business impact.

• Contributed to shaping and refining the product roadmap, balancing scalability, performance, and business objectives to create a clear path forward.

• Conducted market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in cloud services, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure automation, staying ahead of the curve.

• Led product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering on time with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

• Monitored product performance, gathered user feedback, and identified opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Translated technical complexity into clear business value, ensuring alignment and communication between engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership.

NEEDED EXPERTISE 

• 3–5 years of product management experience in a cloud-focused or SaaS environment, ideally with experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or modernization.

• Practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and an understanding of application migration and managed services.

• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to convert insights into actionable product strategies.

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles to guide product decisions that prioritize both user experience and technical execution.

• A proactive mindset, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and lead teams through complex product initiatives.
  Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms for managing product backlogs and sprint planning.

• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must be based in Houston, and available to work onsite with the team in Spring, TX.
