THE WORK

Develop and maintain robust, scalable Ruby applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Implement and maintain automated tests following Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3 years of experience in Ruby development, with proficiency in Ruby on Rails.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.

Familiarity with database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Working knowledge of managing environments using Docker, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, NGINX, and various AWS services.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
