Functions And Responsibilities
- Leads implementation of new software, SAP SuccessFactors
- Recruitment, streamline staffing/contract houses
- Evaluate current recruitment sites
- College recruitment and internship program implementation
- Assist with Performance Management including salary reviews
- Benefits & 401k optimization
- Support for Equans NORAM employees
- Salary Benchmarking & Compensation Programs
- Career Development & Training
- Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- KPI Management & Quarterly Review of HR Metrics
- Provide information assurance and subject matter expertise as required in support of panels, committees, and working groups.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management as required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management.
- 5-10 years of experience in human resources, compensation, recruiting, benefits
- Prior SAP SuccessFactors, ICIMS, Krossknowldge experience desired
- Hands-on experience of implementing compensation structures and software implementation
- Strong knowledge of medical benefits, recruitment and compensation
- Demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking, and logical structuring skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with managers.
- Participate in the improvement and development of process and procedure documentation.
- Expert understanding human resource concepts and principles as a means of relating business needs.
- Good understanding of human resource processes and procedures.
- Keep current with emerging best practices, guidelines, mandates, standards, regulations, trends, alerts, and issues.
- Ability to meet the highest attendance requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently to perform analysis and recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in conversational and technical English.
- French and/or Spanish language skills a strong plus.
