The CPQ Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) implementations and related projects, including the design and implementation of robust CPQ solutions leveraging BML scripting, advanced configuration techniques, and custom UI development. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality deliverables by overseeing the development and deployment of custom API integrations and data models, and fostering strong client relationships. The Delivery Lead acts as a subject matter expert in Oracle CPQ, providing guidance and direction to both internal and external stakeholders on technical architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex CPQ issues.
To adhere to our corporate location policies, this resource will be required to be local to the surrounding Atlanta, GA . You are required to adhere to our Return To Office (RTO) / weekly onsite requirements (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What You Will Do
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on Oracle CPQ releases and new features.
- Plan, execute, and close Oracle CPQ implementation projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience managing Oracle CPQ delivery projects.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in managing software development projects with agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies: Deep knowledge of Scrum framework, artifacts, and ceremonies.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitation skills: Expertise in leading meetings and discussions to achieve productive outcomes.
- Problem-solving abilities: Identifying root causes of issues and devising effective solutions.
- Leadership skills: Inspiring and motivating team members to work towards shared goals.
- Coaching skills: Providing constructive feedback and guidance to individuals and the team.
