The Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and enhancements.
What you will do
- Develop new techniques for onboarding data sources and deliver feedback and requirements for the Operations Technology teams where new features and processes in platform capabilities are needed using Data Wrangling (Data Sourcing, Data Integrity.
- Represent Operations by confirming accuracy of data moving from data sources to GCP.
- Serves as a thought leader for Operations data visualization, developing new methodologies to improve data quality performance.
- Prepare, document and maintain data visualization programs, to be deployed into Production environment to produce consistent and reliable insights to enable our stakeholders to make informed data quality decisions.
- Follow existing strategies, standards and best practices in the areas of data visualization, data access and data integration to build and design dashboards and reports as scoped by Operations.
- Recommend and create for Ops agile data wrangling methodologies for extraction and transformation of data for Ops and derive data marts to drive Ops dashboards and visualizations.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
- 3-5 years’ of experience in technical data analysis and reporting
- Data Wrangling, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, Data Modeling, scripting and some coding. Tableau certification is a plus.
- Proficient in data visualization tools including Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Consistent with Equifax’s 3/2 2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Atlanta-based office
- Excellent analytical capabilities and demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems and identify breakthrough actionable insights.
- Broad business Ops knowledge and business savvy
- Effective communications skills that effectively explain complex analyses and enable relevant, action-based conclusions and recommendations
