We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS) sales team in Boise, ID. This role supports all aspects of the company’s identity and fraud solution sales activities and will prospect and develop qualified sales opportunities. SDRs are responsible for supporting, winning and developing current and prospective accounts by working closely with the sales teams through, but not limited to, outbound cold-calling efforts, email campaigns, and/or inbound lead qualification and discovery.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) in office at our downtown Boise location.

What You’ll Do
- SDRs help build qualified sales opportunities for our new business sales team
- This role will prospect and develop additional sales leads for our Sales Executives through, but not limited to, outbound cold-calling efforts, email campaigns, and/or inbound lead qualification
- Meet a monthly quota of Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)
- Qualify inbound leads and prospects via phone and email, identifying key decision makers, business pain points, the size of the opportunity, budget, and purchase timeframes
- Generate SAOs also by proactively cold-calling into target companies
- Identify new companies and prospects through primary and secondary research
- Partner with their assigned Sales Executive(s) and help nurture early stage opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce to record activities, route leads, and coordinate SAO management process
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas that allows the Sales Executive to give effective presentations to potential clients and partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field strongly preferred
- 0-2 years of inside, inbound, or outbound sales experience
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, lead generation, and lead management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills -- articulate, concise, and persuasive
- Driven to reach personal and team assigned goals and KPIs
- Open to ongoing training to continuously improve skills
- Ability to quickly articulate business benefits and functionality of software solutions
- Ability to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business needs and sales opportunities
- Adeptness at collecting information quickly and effectively on a company and navigating to the correct person
- Positive, upbeat, and determined personality
- Team player nature
- Professional demeanor over the phone, through email, and in face-to-face meetings
- Problem solving, analytical, and research skills
- Ability to operate autonomously
