Instructional Designer
will drive global training and awareness initiatives and engagements in our dynamic Security Business team. This individual will partner with key cross functional stakeholders to develop comprehensive security courses and other educational activities, using instructor-led, electronic / web-based, and / or multimedia training methods and formats for our employees, executives, technical operating personnel, contractors, and vendors.

Further, we are looking to increase global participation and adoption through multilingual campaigns, with a strategic focus on developing culturally sensitive content for English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese speakers.What you’ll doApplying Instructional Design skills to create training materials, utilizing a variety of training methodologies and accessibility principles to meet compliance standards.Develop training materials to include training modules, job aids, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, infographics, and standard operating procedures.Use tools to create and edit audio and video content based on training needs.Support security awareness phishing programs and follow up training.Conduct periodic reviews of existing courses, resources, and vendors to ensure high quality, relevant content.Manage reporting and metrics for measuring outcomes of Security campaigns, end user feedback and training activities; evaluating collateral and delivery methods for regulatory purposes.Work with technical subject matter experts on the creation of content fornon-technical employees and stakeholders.Prioritize projects based on organizational needs, adapting to changing priorities and demands.What experience you needBachelor's degree in Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.2 years in instructional design, training and Learning and Development processes including the knowledge on administrating learning management systems (LMS).2 experience using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite.1 years experience working with AI tools such as text-to-speech1 years experience in audio and video creation and management.English Proficiency (B2 minimum Emmersion)What could set you apartRelevant work / education experience with experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Corporate Communications, and Security Awareness Programs.Knowledge in French and / or Portuguese.Experience with G-suite tools
