The Data Analyst role will support strategic HR decision making through building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Tableau, conducting in-depth analyses, and ensuring data quality and security. - Create compelling and insightful data visualizations from exploratory analyses to support our leaders to make data-driven decisions and influence change in operations, processes, and/or programs
- Own and foster the growth of the business intelligence suite (Tableau and a cloud data warehouse) for our Global HR organization and deliver/improve our periodic report to our internal leadership, board of directors, and external reporting.
- Leverage knowledge of data structures to prepare data for ingestion efforts, analysis, assembling data from disparate data sources for the creation of insights; accurately integrate new and complex data sources; ensure the highest quality analyses by conducting governance processes on people analytics data.
- Grow our data-driven culture in people analytics by administering data training to our HR team and provide friendly, subject matter expertise on people data to encourage adoption of data assets
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security in all areas of the job
- 2 - 5 years of work experience in a data analyst role that entailed identifying, gathering, transforming, visualizing, and analyzing data within and across disparate sources
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline
- Technical capabilities including SQL, MS Excel / Google Sheets, Tableau.
- Experience with employment data or HCM systems such as Workday
- Technical knowledge of BigQuery, Python, VertexAI or similar cloud notebooks
- Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platform (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with protected data
