Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager role is critical in maximizing revenue and profitability by supporting Sales teams in optimizing pricing and contract terms for customer opportunities. This person will lead pricing engagements focused on optimizing price position across market segments and key product lines. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in pricing, contract management, and data analysis. This is an individual contributor role that will need the ability to influence across functions.

This role reports to the AVP of Strategic Pricing and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our state-of-the-art office building in Boise, ID. (This is not a fully-remote role)

What you'll do :

• Work with Sales Leaders and Managers to optimize pricing and terms for customer opportunities
• Drive deal engagement among key internal stakeholders for deal opportunities
• Develop effective product pricing ideas to optimize total revenue per customer
• Work with Strategic Pricing on pricing strategy engagements and revenue generating efforts for Sales, COE, and BU Leadership
• Engage with legal organization in establishing contract terms which will best protect contract / pricing value
