Professional Services Consultant for Equifax Inc. in Alpharetta, GA, to leverage product, application, and technical knowledge in support of credit related projects and revenue opportunities. Manage all aspects of CMS projects within the assigned customer base. Interface directly with customers to determine project requirements and customer expectations. Confirm, in writing, project specifications with customers and submit to the Fulfillment Team. Respond to all questions from Fulfillment groups in a timely manner and incorporate any changes into the project specifications. Clearly communicate customer expectations to the Fulfillment Team and coordinate with them on technical specifications and timing requirements. Communicate project status to customer base including : counts, audit dates, ship dates, changes / impact. Follow-up with customers after project delivery to uncover opportunities, changes, and efficiencies based on program results against customer expectations. Submit all (partial and final) billing information for each project within defined timeframes. Secure net-down counts and inquiry posting tape (when applicable) from customers. Work closely with Sales to ensure successful turnover and implementation of customer expectations on new and on-going projects. Communicate to customer base new CMS processes, services, and system enhancements / changes. Maintain weekly status and tracking report(s), as well as bi-weekly forecast report(s). Submit reports to Manager, Sales associate(s), and Production Team(s) Manager.Requires : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant, or related occupation in data / client management solution delivery, and custom and packaged software solutions or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Professional Services Consultant, or related occupation in data / client management solution delivery, and custom and packaged software solutions. Specific skills / other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section) : Interpreting customer requirements and designing project criteria and specifications, including : Attributes / data elements, scorecards, special reports, date requirements, delivery requirements, output requirements, and labeling and shipping instructions; Providing all specifications for project(s) and creating work orders or programming requests to create Autopilot modules (for criteria or data attributes), custom scores, and custom reports using a custom Business Automation Workflow application; Communicating or presenting analytical reports to internal and external stakeholders, including the conduction of customer audits; and Data management solution technologies : SAS language, XML, SQL, and ETL tools.
