As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the design of Equifax's products and experiences.
This position will be based out of our Boise, ID office location and follow our hybrid work schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Understand our brand, products, and users to produce high quality designs in accordance with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with UX Designers to turn wireframes and concepts into compelling, beautifully crafted experiences
- Design icon and graphic assets for use across various digital channels
- Provide final, pixel-perfect UI designs with specifications for developers
- Create, follow, and update style guides and design pattern libraries to ensure consistent implementation
- Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to work within project parameters
- Effective at brainstorming, sketching, and mocking up multiple visual ideas to satisfy design requirements
What Experience You Need
- 4 years of professional experience in experience design (although you might have had a different job title, like “UX designer” or “product designer”)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI or equivalent'
Proficient in Figma or related tool (Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch)
Experience with user testing software (UserTesting.com, User Zoom, Optimal Workshop)

- Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
- Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams
- Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods
- Experience with Agile software development processes and methodologies
- Experience planning and conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research at all stages of product development
- Strong understanding of core design principles, philosophies, and methodologies (typography, color, etc.)
- Knowledge of mobile design standards and experience with responsive design best practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility design standards
- Takes a user-centered approach to design
- Ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback and constructive criticism
- Competency with HTML and CSS
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
