The VP, Global Innovation Leader (Credit/Fraud/Collections Risk Analytics) will provide thought leadership and drive the creation of AI product strategy and portfolio management, while maximizing opportunities through comprehensive solutions and marketing plans. The VP, Global Innovation Leader will work on Equifax Customer Analytic Life Cycle Innovation by providing thought leadership in the development of analytic products and product lines, such as credit and fraud analytics.
Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 required onsite days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.
This role will work the required onsite days at our Equifax office in Alpharetta, Georgia.
This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.
This position is not open to third-party vendors or C2C.
What you will do
Collaborate & consult with the Business Unit Product team to co-innovate next-generation credit products, with a thorough understanding of the customer analytic lifecycle across marketing, credit, fraud, Telco, and collections.
Product Definition - Demonstrate understanding of portfolios and each leader’s execution of product definition and opportunity prioritization; Consult on commercial model and packaging decisions.
Executive level communications: across both internal and external stakeholders. Will represent our Senior Vice President and Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and will be able to communicate topics related to credit, fraud, and collections risk analytics to these audiences.
Product Strategy & Planning - Create the vision and develop the strategy for new innovative product portfolios; Articulate the strategy across the organization and ensure alignment with key stakeholders on execution and hand off practices; Drive Build, Buy, Partner approach and decisions for the products, product lines, & product portfolios within purview.
Industry & Competitive Knowledge: Anticipate business and regulatory issues that affect product discipline and function, and identify/implement measures to optimize outcomes for Equifax; Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and industry peers, building a strong understanding of current issues and the strategies used to guide the product function. Credit, fraud & collections risk analytics expertise, designing credit policies and translating the new functional product needs to analytic/modeling needs.
Technical Knowledge of Products: Leverage technical knowledge of products and product lines to define, meet, and anticipate future customer needs by managing across the cross functional team delivering, implementing, and supporting the products/product lines across their lifecycle including development, delivery channels, customer implementations, customer support, and product enhancements.
Customer Analytic Life Cycle Innovation: Provide thought leadership in the development of analytic products and product lines, such as credit and fraud analytics.
Knowledge of Customer: Establish and maintain communications with critical customers in order to understand their needs and receive their feedback.
Drive and influence the performance of the Global D&A Product innovation team.
Engage in extensive business partnership and consulting within a matrixed environment.
Utilize data driven decision making to drive effective execution.
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree (Graduate degree preferred along with Product Management certifications).
Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience/portfolio analytics. Demonstrates strong influential thought leadership style. This will include some experience leading teams in a highly matrixed environment, working cross-functionally to drive innovation, prioritization and go-to-market strategies to deliver financial growth across product portfolios containing multiple products.
Minimum of 10 years experience across Product driven roles: Strategy and Planning, Definition, and/or Management with emphasis in thought leadership across AI/ML Product Innovation.
Credit, fraud & collections risk analytics expertise: you will have a deep understanding of what it takes to design a credit policy and be able to translate the new functional product needs to analytic/modeling needs.
Demonstrates deep understanding of customer needs through market and industry research and analysis of competitors.
Experience delivering executive level presentations and visual communication to convey the product vision.
Has owned financial performance of a product portfolio including investments and budgets.

Experienced in Product tools required (Aha, JIRA, Figma).
