The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) position plays a crucial role in driving financial strategy, forecasting performance, and providing key insights to senior leadership. This role is responsible for developing financial models, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and delivering high-level financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Role Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Develop and implement processes to improve reporting, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering insights into financial performance.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key variances and providing actionable recommendations.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and forecasted results, identifying discrepancies and offering solutions.
- Partner with teams across operations, sales, and executive leadership to provide financial insights and drive alignment.
- Provide financial analysis to support M&A activities, capital deployment, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities proactively.
- Collaborate with private equity partners to provide clarity on financial performance and long-term strategy.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and executive-level presentations for leadership, investors, and board members.
- 8 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong track record in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advanced financial modelling skills with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in private equity-backed companies or knowledge of private equity finance is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, performance metrics, and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to senior leadership and investors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with structured forecasting and budgeting cycles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
