Human Resource and Sales Assistant
Equilibrium Brewery opened its doors in 2016 to create craft beer developed by M.I.T-trained scientific principles with a focus on balancing drinkability and massive flavor. Since then, our team has continued to grow and develop into a culture centered around hard work, passion, and, of course, amazing beer.
Equilibrium Brewery is currently seeking an Human Resource and Sales Assistant for our team in Middletown, NY. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivating, responsive, organized, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to help support our office.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Human Resource Manager in weekly filing of payroll, onboarding employees and various other tasks.
- Assist Business Operations Manager with sales invoicing, state compliance, and other various tasks.
- Perform general clerical duties that include copying, scanning, mailing, filing and running errands.
- Perform data entry in a variety of different computer programs and inventory systems.
- Assist with ordering supplies and ingredients as well as updating inventories.
- Utilize inventory management software and assist with regulated inventory counts for the brewery for supplies and products.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Desired Qualifications and Abilities
- 1-2 years of Human Resource or payroll related experience.
- 2-3 years of Office Administration experience.
- Must be highly adaptable and able to navigate multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be highly responsive with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft
