Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Assist in establishing a vision for category growth and profitability, including go-to-market and channel strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product Development (PD) team to prioritize and execute new product pipelines, focusing on incremental sales and defending the core business.
- Manage and lead cross-functional initiatives for new product launches, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
- Conduct post-launch analyses to measure success and guide future strategies.
- Work with Sales and PD teams to estimate market opportunities, including new product development and promotional planning, and contribute to forecasting processes.
- Support or lead the creation of business cases for strategic innovations and promotional projects, coordinating cross-functional execution.
- Provide inputs for product research, including consumer and retail insights, to drive continuous improvement plans.
- Monitor competitive activity and category trends to inform business strategies and drive timely responses to market opportunities.
- Assist in developing category pricing strategies, including promotional pricing analysis and consumer price elasticity studies.
- Coordinate product lifecycle management, ensuring best practices in SKU management and alignment with inventory and excess/obsolete targets.

- 2-3 years of experience in a related role within the textile industry or similar industry

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Proficient in project and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects
