Produces sheet metal parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) Turret Punch Press.

Produces sheet metal parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) Turret Punch Press.
Requirements include:
- Ability to Set up and Operate CNC Punch Press;
- Knowledge of turret punch press tooling, how to change & maintain;
- Experience with material loading automation;
- Proficiency using precision measuring tools;
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment;
- Work well with engineering and fellow operators.
- Set up and Operate CNC Punch Press to cut sheet metal parts;
- Check accuracy of work using blueprint and precision measuring tools;
- Work from blueprints, rough sketches, and customer samples;
- Locate and move raw material with pallet jack, forklift, or by hand;
- Shake out and prepare parts for next operation;
- Keep raw material inventory;
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean working environment.
