What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Hygienist position at Equiliem?
Removes calcareous deposits, accretions and stains, applies topical agents, provides patient education, places and exposes X-ray films, polishes teeth, takes medical history and vital signs, charts caries and periodontal conditions, applies pit and fissure sealants and desensitizing agents to the teeth.
Education RequirementValid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required. X-ray certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- 1 year experience.
