Equiliem is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a local contract job in Hackensack, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Respiratory Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 03 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Education Requirement : Knowledge, Education and Skills Preferred : 1. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required. Required Certification / Licensing : 1. Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license and Registered Respiratory Therapist is required 2. BLS / CPR by American Heart Association Knowledge, Skills, Abilities : 1 year of recent experience working as a license RRT required. 1 years of ICU experience required. Previous experience with ventilators required. BLS, RRT license required (No Temp). PALS, ACLS highly preferred. Must be willing to float to adult ICU areas, intermediate care, and Basic intermediate care floor Schedule Notes : 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM 3X12. MUST HAVE ACTIVE NJ LICENSE. Every other weekend required. Holidays required. 13 Week Contract. 1 year of recent experience working as a license RRT required. 1 years of ICU experience required. Previous experience with ventilators required. Must be willing to float to adult ICU areas, intermediate care, and Basic intermediate care floor
