- Organize and track product samples for sales representatives and manufacturers.
- Maintain and update the sample portal for easy access and tracking.
- Keep the showroom up to date with the latest products
- Manage the sample room, ensuring products are properly categorized and accessible.
- Work closely with the Product Development Manager to track timelines and product revisions.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure accurate product features are reflected on packaging.
- Coordinate with factories and vendors to ensure timely sample deliveries and product modifications.
- Assist in preparing product presentations and reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support quality control efforts by reviewing samples and ensuring they meet company standards.
