Job Summary
The Production Coordinator is responsible for the undertaking of any administrative / office duties that allow
the manufacturing team to focus on fabrication. This role requires an understanding of basic computer skills,
time management and manufacturing principles.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate job packets - prepared and printed accurately for the production team
- Prepare shipping paperwork for all outbound freight following company requirements / quality
- procedures
- Schedule deliveries and pick-ups with various trucking companies
- Process / follow up on purchase requisitions / purchase orders
- Assist in overseeing / assigning maintenance due dates
- Upload / update maintenance logs
- Assist w / job scheduling in SAP software
- Labor hour reporting from SAP software
- Assist w / process documentation and 5S activities
- Maintain safety data sheets
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety,
operational, and regulatory standards of Quality
