- Coordinate the receipt and shipment of product samples between international suppliers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and archiving of product specifications.
- Match and compare SKUs to ensure product consistency across multiple suppliers.
- Track shipments and manage timelines for incoming and outgoing product samples.
- Work closely with the sourcing team to approve product specifications and facilitate transitions between suppliers as needed.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data related to the sourcing process.
- Ensure all product details are meticulously recorded and available for decision-making.
- Be available onsite as needed for receiving and processing shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product SKUs.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or data management preferred but not required.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Hybrid role with in-office requirements depending on shipment schedules.
