Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing step-by-step solutions.
- Document all interactions with customers in the support ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices.
- Stay updated on product changes, new features, and industry trends to enhance support services.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
