As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Summit Health, you will become an integral partner in a multidisciplinary care team, providing individualized team-based care. Under the direction of the Primary Care Provider, Clinical Practice Manager, and Office Supervisor, you will work closely with the healthcare team to skillfully provide and facilitate the coordination of individualized total patient care.
