JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have a valid/current Texas Driver's License, ID cards not accepted
-Minimum of 6 months of on-site Leasing Consultant experience on 200 plus units.
-General computer experience with Bluemoon, E-site, Email, Excel, and Word
-Ability to pass a full background check, including credit, criminal, and DMV.
-Neat and professional personal appearance.
-Good communication skills.
-Self-confidence
-Outgoing
-Ability to relate to people.
-The ability to work well under pressure.
-Good organizational skills.
JOB DUTIES:
-Take phone calls from prospects and make appointments.
-Greet prospects and have them complete guest cards.
-Qualify prospects on the type, size, price, and amenities available.
-Obtain picture I.D. before showing a prospect a unit or model.
-Sell the prospect on the merits of the property.
-Use closing techniques to close the lease
-Follow up with phone calls, emails, and internet leads.
-Assure that the application is completed entirely and present to the verifying agent.
-Present application to Property Manager for approval/denial.
-Notify prospect of acceptance or rejection of the application.
-Complete all paperwork and prepare lease packet for move-ins.
-Prepare maintenance requests for residents.
-Perform any other duties as directed by Property Management
