Role Summary
The Transformation team is responsible for delivering programs and projects within the EQ Transformation Business change portfolios. This is necessary to meet the group's strategic growth and development objectives / priorities while keeping with governance standards. Priorities include, but not limited to, Rightshoring, technology migrations, product development, regulatory changes, client and customer data migrations, business acquisitions and system integrations and upgrades.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manages and documents strategic project and logistical responsibilities
- Supports and facilitates operation in adherence to organizational change
- Develops project plans in conjunction with project leader and business sponsor that include project schedules and risk mitigation plans
- Identifies internal / external resources that support project completion
- Conceptualizes, creates, maintains defined reporting requirements
- Coordinates and leads execution of the work
- Leads communications related to project work and change management
- Independently gathers, develops, interprets data; recommends appropriate actions for the business partner
- Plans and executes processes for measurements, evaluations, and reports
- Delivers and facilitates training for management audiences
- Ability to adhere to HR requirements with WARN Act notification
- Works with offshore colleagues to ensure recruitment, onboarding and offboarding is managed and delivered in line with plans and US targets
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviors:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in change management, business transformation, or process improvement
- Advanced project management skills, including Right shoring
- Working knowledge of HR functions
- Financial Services background required
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills
- Strong facilitation skills (traditional and nontraditional)
- PC skills; proficiency in MS Office (including Visio)
- Ability to clarify complex issues and synthesize related items
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / task.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Speak and write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject matter and audience
- Resourceful; adept at asking probing questions to successfully obtain quality information
- Good collaboration skills with teams, stakeholders, and across other areas
Compensation:
- $45.00 - $49.00 hourly
