Core Duties / Responsibilities
- Market Exploration : Identifying and researching potential clients within our ICP - Ideal Customer Profile.
- Lead Qualification : Assessing leads to ensure they are a good fit for our suite of products and services.
- Value Proposition : Understanding customer needs and pain points to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Team Leadership : Working closely with our sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- CRM Management : Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and lead progress.
- Reporting : Providing timely updates to management on lead generation activities and progress against targets.
- Market Insight : Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Networking : Attending industry events and networking functions to represent EQ - Private Company Solutions (PCS) -Astrella and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
