The goal of all our programs is to help the residents manage their diagnosis and build the skills necessary to live successfully in the community.Holt House- Adults with both mental illness and developmental disabilities that need 24 / 7 supportApartment Program- Adults who live in one- or two-bedroom apartments and are ready for less structure and more independenceCohoes Residence- Adults who have a mental health diagnosis and need 24 / 7 support to help control their symptomsRecovery Residence- Men who have both a mental illness and an addiction that need 24 / 7 support.Position Summary : The Overnight Advisor is responsible for supervising activities of residents in single and / or scattered site residential treatment facilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Audit clients' records Initiating and / or complete various clerical duties Supervise medications / inventory medications Assisting with the maintenance and cleanliness of the residence / program Completes overnight duty checklists Ensures residents are up and completing morning routines Monitors clients during sleeping hours / provides scheduled walk through Completes SteadyCare calls 3x per night at specific time intervals Maintains professional boundaries with agency clients and personnel Participates as a team member / attends staff meeting and other trainings Other tasks and duties as assigned.RequirementsPhysical Requirements : Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 20 poundsMinimum Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience in human services OR Associates' Degree in related field and no experience in human servicesSchedule : 10PM - 8PM, (Additional $1.00 Shift Differential for qualifying shifts) We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b), Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time off, paid holidays, Group Life, Short -Term Disability and more!Equinox, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other legally protected status.Salary Description$16.00
