Main Accountabilities:
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain an active client base, manage schedules, and create engaging marketing campaigns for personal training programs.
- Service Provision: Deliver high-quality fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services for members; foster strong relationships with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience.
- Continuing Education: Attend Continuing Education classes, participate in required meetings, and maintain industry certifications (CPR/AED, Nationally recognized Personal Training).
Key Competencies and Qualifications:
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a degree in a related field.
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective time management and organizational skills.
