Job Description
As an Equinox Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an active client base. You will market and sell personal training programs, execute fitness assessments, and provide personalized coaching to help your clients achieve their goals. You will also maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a current personal training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program. You should also have current CPR/AED certification and be eligible to begin a higher tier and pay rate based on previous experience and education. Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective time management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
