Main Responsibilities:
- PT Business Management: Develop and maintain a successful PT business within the club environment.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain an active client base through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Scheduling and Time Management: Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems.
- Service and Hospitality: Provide exceptional service and hospitality to members, ensuring a positive experience in the club.
- Maintenance of Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
