Job Description:
The Personal Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fitness programs for clients. This includes conducting fitness assessments, creating personalized workout plans, and providing guidance and support throughout the client's fitness journey. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of exercise science, and the ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program
- Eligibility to begin a higher Tier and pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer and technology skills
