Job Responsibilities
As an Equinox Personal Trainer, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining an active client base.
- Managing schedules, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability.
- Marketing personal training programs to members and/or clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Providing exceptional service and hospitality to members.
- Executing fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members.
- Creating and coaching personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
Requirements
To succeed as an Equinox Personal Trainer, you must:
- Hold a current Personal Training certification or be willing to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
- Possess CPR/AED certification.
- Show enthusiasm, ambition, and drive in the field of fitness.
- Be available to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit effective time management and organizational skills.
- Have basic computer and technology skills.
- Display energy, friendliness, punctuality, and respectfulness.
