Responsibilities
As a Personal Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and coaching personalized fitness programs for clients
- Conducting fitness assessments and creating workout plans tailored to individual needs
- Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Maintaining a clean and safe fitness environment
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
To succeed as an Equinox Personal Trainer, you'll need:
- A current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program
- Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
- Basic computer and technology skills
