Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of purchase order management: item definition, coding, PO Entry, PO revisions, on-order reconciliation, EDI.
• Facilitate all PO-related issue resolution
• Communicating all shipping changes to the merchant team and communicate with the vendor community on PO revisions.
• Communicate regularly and consistently with the DC and field team regarding PO issues.
• Pull weekly reporting.
• General clerical and data entry work.
• Partner with IT Team to understand backend system processing/updates/timing

Qualifications

• 
  1 year experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer proficiency: Word and Excel.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast- paced and deadline-oriented environment

Pay Transparency: Min $58,500 - Max $60,000
