Primary Responsibilities:
- PT Business Management: Develop and execute effective business strategies to grow your client base and increase revenue.
- Build and Maintain an Active Client Base: Identify, attract, and retain clients through various marketing channels and excellent customer service.
- Schedule Management: Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems.
- Marketing and Sales: Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Knowledge of Club Services: Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products to provide exceptional member experiences.
- Service and Hospitality: Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members, ensuring a high level of service and hospitality.
- Interactions with Members: Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience.
- Program Development: Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
- Fitness Floor Maintenance: Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
- Professional Development: Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions, and participate in required one-on-one or team meetings with management.
Qualifications:
- Personal Training Certification: Current certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program.
- CPR/AED Certification: Current certification or eligibility to begin the certification process.
- Fitness Knowledge: Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
- Availability: Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Technology Skills: Basic computer and technology skills.
- Energetic Personality: Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful attitude.
