About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at Equinox. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to empower your clients to achieve their fitness goals while refining your own skills and knowledge in programming, education, business, and financial planning.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing personalized training programs for clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
- Creating and executing fitness assessments, workouts, and other services to enhance client experiences
- Maintaining accurate scheduling and organization systems
Qualifications:
- Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program
- CPR/AED certification (certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants)
- Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful

Pay Transparency
Compensation for this role is between $39.50-$94.00 per session, with additional incentive bonuses possible. Base hourly pay is $16.50. Compensation may vary based on experience and performance.
