Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing PT Business effectively
- Building and maintaining an active client base
- Creating and maintaining accurate schedules within our internal scheduling systems
- Marketing and selling personal training programs through various channels
- Maintaining knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
- Providing exceptional Service and Hospitality
- Conducting fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members
- Enhancing member experiences through personalized interactions
- Developing and coaching customized programs for in-person and virtual clients
- Maintaining a safe and organized fitness floor during shifts and sessions
- Pursuing Professional Development opportunities
- Participating in continuing education classes and team meetings with management
To be eligible for this role, you should possess:
- A current nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor's degree in the field
- The ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor
