Job Description
The primary responsibilities of a Personal Trainer include PT Business Management, building and maintaining an active client base, managing and maintaining an accurate schedule, marketing and selling personal training programs, maintaining knowledge of all club services, programs, and products, servicing and hospitality, executing fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members, interacting with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience, creating and coaching personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients, maintaining an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions, attending Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions, and attending and participating in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management.
To excel in this role, you must possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness. You should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, effective time management and organizational skills, basic computer and technology skills, and be energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.
