Main Responsibilities:
- Client Assessment and Goal Setting: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' fitness levels and set realistic goals for their progress.
- Program Design and Delivery: Create and deliver tailored fitness programs to clients, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Client Support and Motivation: Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them to stay motivated and engaged in their fitness journey.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Personal Training certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
