Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support and Growth
- Implement strategic initiatives to attract and retain clients
- Coordinate schedules, manage client communications, and maintain accurate records within our systems
- Deliver personalized coaching, promote programs, and build strong relationships with clients through various channels
- Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products to provide outstanding member experiences
- Service Delivery
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments, design personalized coaching plans, and offer additional services to elevate member satisfaction
- Engage with members to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, creating tailored programs to meet their unique requirements
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe fitness environment throughout your shift and sessions
Requirements:
- Nationally recognized certification in personal training or a relevant degree
- Reimbursement for certification costs for non-certified applicants
- Opportunities to progress to higher-tier roles based on experience and education
- CURRENT CPR/AED certification (available for non-certified applicants)
- Passion, drive, and knowledge about fitness and wellness
- Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Compensation:
$38-$67 per session; $16.78/hr for non-session work; opportunities to earn additional bonuses
