Job Summary
Inside Sales is a pivotal area for ECI. This position is responsible for maintaining a relationship with our customers, who are number one priority, while also growing and leveraging internal relationships. Utilizing your engineering background to select the appropriate solution for the customer, you would also need to be highly adaptable to adjust to our customer’s needs. We have several business units that are responsible for specific products. This 12-month program will provide you with the ability to rotate into each group, understand our business and ERP system, gain experience and knowledge for our entire product offering. At the end of the 12-month rotation, you will be placed in a business unit based on company need and your preference.

- Interface with multi-faceted teams and develop communication skills, continuously learn and gain product knowledge
- Utilize customer input and/or specifications to help in the selection of applicable products
- Develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Develop, deliver and follow up on accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
- Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes throughout the quoting and fulfillment process
- Support the account management team in meeting customer expectations
Your qualifications:
- Will possess a four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
- Will have the ability to develop and deliver solutions based on an understanding of the technical and business challenges of our market
- Will possess negotiation skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Must be a team player able to work closely with each Inside Sales team, Account Managers and employees from other business units
