POSITION SUMMARY
The Commission Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the commission team, the calculation and distribution of commission payments, resolving commission related inquiries, and providing guidance to sales team on commission polices and calculation.
The Commission Supervisor will provide high level insight to the Payroll and Commissions Manager to accurately assess and perform day to day commission functions for Equipment Depot and ensure the company maintains accurate commission records.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Perform accurate commission data entry and calculation for applicable regions.
- Be the expert and ensure adherence to the company commission policies and practices.
- Lead and supervise team of Commission Specialists.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members.
- Provide technical and product support to other commission team members or sales staff as needed.
- Ability to analyze data with proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Possess a high attention to detail.
- Review and produce departmental metrics to support Service Level Agreement (SLA) partnerships
- Become a subject matter expert for all aspects of the commission software functions and identify opportunities.
- Provide recommendations, gain consensus and implement solutions, working with decision makers as necessary.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner.

Qualifications
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Degree in finance or accounting preferred
Experience: 3 – 5 years of commission calculation experience is preferred
Computer Skills Strong computer skills in the operation of all programs used by the organization including Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and other advanced Excel formula functions.
