POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees entire Warehouse Solutions Group and owns strategy for segment. Will be responsible for leading in the development of complex customer solutions.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Set Goals and initiatives for Automated Equipment and WHP group
• Allocates opportunities to specific team members based on certain criteria
• Develops vendor and supplier relationships
• Lead the team in creations of the right solution components and work products
• Coach team members to ensure timelines and work product requirements are met
• Lead the finance, engineering teams in developing the correct pricing proposal
• Communicates and promotes the Equipment Depot vision and mission within their team
• Ensures that his/her team performs with a positive attitude and a great sense of urgency in order to exceed customer expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, or operations management
Experience: 5 years experience in Material Handling and sales
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office products
Other Requirements: Strong organizational, communication, and ability to analyze and interpret business information and financial data.

Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations
