Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Representative for our Pumps and Motors division, who brings their own established book of business. This position will involve managing and expanding a portfolio of clients while driving sales for pumps, motors and related equipment in a variety of industries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing client relationships and book of business to drive immediate sales and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as develop new client relationships to expand the customer base.
- Present, promote, and sell pumps, motors, and associated parts/services to both new and existing customer base.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on client needs and specifications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product specifications and delivery timelines are met.
- Provide after-sals support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and addressing any concerns or issues
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in pumps, motors, or related mechanical products, with strong book of business.
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, motors, and associated systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.
- Strong problem solving-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
- A self-motivated and results -oriented individual with a drive for success.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is an advantage.
