As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager will represent our company in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role in a professional services environment
- Experience with project management software
- Experience in Human Resources and Data sensitivity
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Navigate software issues with staff
- Onboarding and training new staff
- Works closely with Vice President
