Location : New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania (Prefer candidate lives within 50 miles of Carlstadt, NJ)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Account Manager to manage and grow our business across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. This role will focus on maintaining an existing book of business while identifying and executing opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 12 months experience in outside sales and a working knowledge of the Moving & Storage industry. The role is remote, with in-person customer visits and regional travel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow an inherited portfolio of clients within the Moving & Storage industry.
- Establish, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing & new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned region.
- Handle pricing negotiations, order entry, and inventory management to meet customer needs.
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timeliness of service.
- Regularly update and report to the Senior VP of Sales on business performance and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve service.
